SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard Australia Post Service

A flat rate of $9.90 per order under $100 is for our regular delivery service to all postal addresses in Australia. Orders over $100 are delivered for free through Australia, excluding gift cards and bulk orders. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping for big, bulk, or business orders.

Express Australia Post Service

Our express delivery service is accessible and is contingent on your order's total weight. Once your shipping address has been entered, this price will be visible upon checkout.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

All of our orders are delivered by Australia Post to residential, business addresses and PO boxes. If you are shipping to a business address, please make sure to include in your order the business name and the name of a contact person to avoid delays.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, which you can track via the Australia Post website.

If you have noted "authority to leave" for your delivery, Purely Pets will not take responsibility for any damaged, missing or stolen packages after delivery.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Within 1 business day of the order being placed, all our orders are processed and dispatched. It takes 2-7 business days for your order to arrive, but it can take longer to send orders to remote areas. Your order will be dispatched from our Sunshine Coast, Queensland, warehouse.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently provide delivery to addresses in New Zealand. Delivery charges are based on your order's total weight. Once your shipping address has been entered, this price will be visible upon checkout. All rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) on our website and all orders will be paid in AUD. It takes 3-10 business days to get your order delivered.

Our advertised rates do not include any customs duty, taxes or other charges that may be levied by your country and the consumer is responsible for these additional charges (you). We will not consider any return of orders where the client has not paid these fees.

If you fail to pay any of these costs, your parcel will be abandoned, and we will not be liable for any loss of funds due to this and no refunds will be issued.

As this is an unethical activity, we would not mark an order as a gift to escape these charges.
